ID lets you customize page sizes within the document. So you can have a spread made of different sized pages like this:
Here I've made a 5 page document, selected all of the pages in the Pages panel, and with Allow Selected Spread to Shuffle unchecked, I've dragged the pages together to form a 5 page spread
With Page tool selected in the Tools panel I can select a page and resize and position it via the Transform panel. Here are the 5 pages sized similarly to your layout. I've set the width of page 1 to 4.5"
Page 2 set to 7.125" with its X position at 4.5":
I can then design the spread with crossovers and export the individual pages with bleeds

Hello, guys I need HELP please!
I purchased the prepaid anual subscription for individuals last year. I still have 6 months of it.
But last week I moved to another country (from Colombia, to Uruguay, in South America).
And now I can't launch any program because according to Adobe I have issues with my last payment.
I have tried everything and Adobe itself can't fix my problem. I'm desperate because I need to work!

DPS and Publish Online are two separate workflows. Publish Online is fully available to any InDesign user. In InDesign CC 2014, DPS is also available for limited previewing using the Content Viewer app. However, in order to create you own app, you need a DPS/AEM Mobile license. What are you trying to accomplish?

Since this random change in format, all my documents that are not scripts have been lost. Why have they gone? Can I get them back? Some were very important like the plot point lists, I created for my latest script is gone?! Why just why? that was very important. This is crazy, I wasn't emailed or notified of this, so no time to take anything and back it up. so who gets to chooses to get rid of my work? Please reply and hopefully some of my documents can be retrieved.

I use the clone stamp tool to touch up design work, printed textiles, normally textures with several colours in but no tones. When I use the clone stamp tool to touch up an area it creates a grade of colours like a halo around the area. I have tried numerous things including different brushes, presets unchecked etc etc. In Photoshop preferences Image Interpolation is set to Nearest neighbour(preserve hard edges) which if this isn't set using brushes this can create halos. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
There's no "export forms" feature. But here are three alternatives:
(1) Try using Layout > Pages > Move Pages to move pages from the one form.
(2) Or put all the forms into one file, duplicate the file, then delete the pages you don't need.
(3) Or, you could use the Content Collector and Content Placer tools to transfer forms.
It all depends on how things are constructed. Those methods may be faster than copy/paste.

i prepared the package and installed manually on one of my test machine and i don't see the OOBE_Enterprise folder.

Please guide if i am missing anything.

OS 10.6.8 might work as that was a good one to stick with.

Je peux même ouvrir le PDF généré avec Illustrator, là ça ne plante plus. J'ai juste un problème avec les polices utilisées (TT1CC8o00 et TT1CC9o00). Il faut que j'arrive à les trouver ou à les substituer car parfois je dois modifier un code barre (couleur du fond, par exemple).
Idéalement, j'aimerai quand même bien pouvoir les importer dans Indesign sans avoir cette manip à faire à chaque fois... Et aussi pour comprendre ce qui ne va pas !
