I need help, i am using CS6 everything. When i try to preview text effects (or any for that matter), i get the pinwheel, then eventual it loads, but offers no preview, well its a preview, but text effects for example aren't moving at all. All that is under the image is a series of dots and not a play bar. Help please. Feel free to email me as well clintsanchz@gmail.com
