You don't know how this product works. Forget Save As.
With Captivate you have to publish to an output format. There are several to choose from, but the one you want is found under Media on the Publish dialog. Use the drop down menu to select MP4. That will publish the project as an MP4 video. Then you can import your video into Premier Pro to edit or whatever.
