I will be spending a year in Europe, primarily in Germany. Will I still be able to access my creative cloud account and apps like I can in the U.S.?

I'll be taking the laptop that I current use with my creative cloud account, and was wondering if I'll be able to continue using my account, or if I'll have problems connecting or authenticating when I get overseas?
