I branched this into a new discussion since the old thread was a couple years old. Since this just started happening, it sounds like it has a much newer root cause.
Could you please confirm that you're experiencing this on Win7 64-bit with IE9? Does it happen with other browsers as well?
Also, what version of Flash Player are you using?
