Hi , i have a question regarding installing an application with adobe cloud . I m trying to install the adobe illustrator on my laptop , but everytime I open it they mention that i should validate my serial number , yet I am using it already , and when I try to sign in with another email which is the same as the one im logging in already also nothing changes , hope you can help .
