Hi Sara,

 

Thanks for your reply. I've read the fixes and they don't seem to apply, as I purchased this online and have no software to reinstall with. It happened after I downloaded the Pro version as a trial. I decided I didn't want/need the Pro version so when the trial expired, I declined to purchase. It was after that that my set up no longer functioned. I suppose when they removed the Pro software they also deleted my original start up files?
