I purchased directly through adobe.com using an account I have been using for years. The order I placed three hours ago still reads "Processing" but the charge for the order has shown up in the "Pending" status on my credit card. Should it take over three hours to process an electronic download order? I still cannot activate Acrobat XI Standard.
