FYI, I use a program called RAdmin Server to share my display and collaborate professionally (along with Skype for audio), and it shows Photoshop's display perfectly to the person on the other end. It's an efficient package, takes multiple monitors in stride, and its viewer provides some nice scaling/panning options to the other person.
