Hi,
We have seen this issue on HidPi display devices.And the ones on normal display are resolved after updating wacom drivers and rebooting the system.So could you let us know what version of drivers are you using?? If it is not updated you can download the latest drivers from Drivers | Wacom .Also delete delete the preferences of the app after reboot.
p.s : Make sure you are using the tablet in Pen mode as mouse mode does not work correctly.
