Stefaniej, that's just not how this site works. While some members of Adobe Engineering thankfully do come around this forum from time to time, you're primarily addressing other users here. This is not the complaint line. And we have feelings too.
I'd like to point out that you've engaged the top contributors to the Photoshop forum. Our rankings are based on how helpful others like yourself have gauged our contributions to be in the past.
To put a point on it: It's likely that you could not find any other way in the world to have more qualified experts help you directly with your problems, not to mention free of charge. Don't waste the opportunity.
