just bought CC but desktop apps still are telling me to "Download trial" i havent gotten any options to instal CC. i dont know where to go from here

i signed up and paid for the photography package of CC but when i go to the desktop apps to download it still says its a trial. so where do i go to actually instal the creative cloud so my computer actually has it and knows to allow me to download Ps??
