How do I activate the perspective warp in photoshop cc 2014?

I have installed the Photoshop CC 2014, but on the Edit pull down menu that the "Perspective Warp" isn't light up. I went into the Preference/Performance menu, in there, I checked "Use Graphics Processor", and gone into the Advanced Setting. Then, I can see that it is on a basic mode, and "the Graphics Processor to Accelerate Computation" isn't light up. It is not allow me to check on it. Can anyone help me to solve this issue that I can use this new feature on PS CC 2014?
