No I don't get the promopt window and it is not downloading in the background. It just turns red when I click on the adobe stamp but does nothing else. No new window, no anything. I even checked my downloads app and nothing. Strange thing is, it used to work. Gave me the choose window and everything. Now, nothing. Other sites work fine, but I can't imagine a site this important would have a glitch that bad for so Long! It's been months at least.
