Where is it that you can buy a Photoshop CS5 upgrade today?
Maybe it was a special offer to upgrade from Elements - though I don't remember any such offer.
In any case, trying to get a "special deal" on a used older copy of Photoshop is a task fraught with peril. You may have been scammed.
